Entire Chinese city submerged under water due to disastrous floods

China: Rescue operation is underway and people are being extracted using motor boats. Four crore people have been affected by the disastrous floods. No just one city, but several villages and cities have turned into islands. Meteorological department forecast that rainstorms will hit the region again.
