Economic Package is a cruel joke: Sonia Gandhi at Opposition meet

Representatives from as many as 22 political parties attended a key Opposition meet called by the Interim Congress chief Sonia Gandhi. In this meet, Gandhi said that the Rs 20 lakh crore economic package announced by the Narendra Modi government is a cruel joke.

The meeting took place in a virtual setup with members from Shiv Sena, RJD, NCP and other alliance partners of congress present. However, no leaders from AAP, SP and BSP attended the meeting.
