Delhi: When Hindus saved a mosque and Muslims saved a temple
Amid the heart wrenching and horrific stories of violence, carnage and death during violent clashes in North East Delhi, there are also stories of brotherhood and compassion that will warm your heart. In the Noor-e-Ilahi area of Delhi, there is a lane called 'Mandir-Masjid Marg' as there is a temple and a mosque on that lane. Hindus saved the mosque of the lane from mob while Muslims saved the temple.
