Delhi Water Crisis: Delhi Residents Rely On Water Tankers Amid Water Crisis | ABP News
Along with the intense heat in the country's capital, Delhi is also facing a worsening water crisis. Amid the scorching temperatures of the last few days, many areas are now experiencing severe water shortages. In response to the scarcity, the Delhi Jal Board has begun supplying water through tankers upon public request.
The water crisis in Delhi has become increasingly difficult to ignore. In many areas, residents were seen running toward water tankers with empty buckets, and some even stood in line to fill their containers. Water Minister Atishi had warned on May 29 that the Delhi government might move to the Supreme Court against Haryana over the issue. She accused the Haryana government of not releasing Delhi's allocated share of water.
