Delhi records coldest morning of winter season at 3.4 degrees

The residents of Delhi-NCR have woken up to a foggy Friday on the first day of the new year 2021. The reason was that today was the coldest day of the winter season 2020-21. The temperature dipped to 3.4 degrees. The IMD has predicted a cold wave in northern India and rainfall in few areas as well. 

Apart from this, Consistent snowfall in the hilly areas of India has led to a huge dip in the temperature.
