In the visuals shared by news agency ANI, traffic snarls were seen at the ITO as rain continued to lash parts of the national capital. This comes a day after the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted a generally cloudy sky along with heavy rain in the next few days, keeping the mercury in check.
