Delhi govt committee recommends no access to hospitals for outsiders
A few days ago, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had asked suggestion from Delhi residents whether outsiders should be allowed to avail facilities in Delhi hospitals during the pandemic. The Delhi government had also appointed a committee under Dr Mahesh Verma to look into the same.
The committee has now submitted its report in which it has recommended that only Delhi residents be allowed to avail the facilities. According to the committee, if access if given the outsiders, then all the beds of the hospital will be filled in 3 days.
