Delhi Excise Policy: Supreme Court to Hear Kejriwal's Petition at 11:15 AM Today | ABP News
Arvind Kejriwal has filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging his arrest, along with seeking bail. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear Kejriwal's petition against the CBI's arrest today. In the previous hearing, the court had issued a notice to the CBI regarding Kejriwal's petition but denied him interim bail. However, in the ED case, the Supreme Court had granted Kejriwal interim bail. Kejriwal has not yet received bail in the CBI case. Prior to this, the Delhi High Court had dismissed Kejriwal's petition against his arrest and directed him to approach the trial court for bail. Stay tuned for the latest updates only on ABP News.
