Delhi Excise Policy: Supreme Court Defers Arvind Kejriwal's Hearing To September 5 | ABP News
Arvind Kejriwal has filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging his arrest and seeking bail. The Supreme Court is set to hear his plea against the CBI's actions today. In a previous hearing, the court issued a notice to the CBI but denied Kejriwal interim bail. However, the Supreme Court did grant him interim bail in the ED case. Despite this, bail in the CBI case remains pending. Earlier, the Delhi High Court had dismissed Kejriwal's plea against his arrest and advised him to seek bail from the trial court. The next Supreme Court hearing on the matter is scheduled for September 5.
