Cyclone Tauktae: Chief Engineer Rahman Shaikh's brother reveals how life rafts had punctures

Chief Engineer of barge P305 has been admitted in hospital after he was rescued by Indian Navy. His brother Alam had a word with ABP news and he told how the people could have been saved if the life rafts were not punctured. He also said that the Captain Balwinder did not take warnings of IMD seriously
