Covid-19: Intentionally throwing currency on road to spread fear?

People are spreading rumors and coronavirus fear through currency notes amid lockdown in the country. Madhya Pradesh reported many such cases where unattended currency notes were recovered on the road. In one such incident amid Uttar Pradesh's Lockdown, a bike rider left a currency note on the road.
