Counsel for Nirbhaya scandal claims to be appointed as advocate in Hathras case
AP Singh, who was the advocate for the culprits in the Nirbhaya case, has claimed to be appointed as the advocate for the accused in the Hathras case. It is said that Manvendra Singh, President of All India Kshatriya Mahasabha, has asked him to become a lawyer for the accused.
The 19-year-old girl from Hathras died at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi on Tuesday. The government has formed a three-member SIT to investigate the matter. All the four accused in the case have been arrested.
