Cong's Digvijaya Singh targets PM Modi over his silence on China

Congress's Digvijaya Singh has targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the grounds of PM Modi's silence over China's issue. Singh said why PM Modi is not mentioning 'China' and why he is not accepting the truth that China has hijacked our lands? 

The BJP has been systematically targeting the Congress ever since Rahul Gandhi questioned Modi over his statement that China had not made any incursions against India.
