Cong's Digvijaya Singh targets government after a year of Pulwama attack

In the Pulwama terror attack, 40 CRPF men were killed after a Jaish-e-Mohammed suicide bomber attacked their convoy in Pulwama on February 14 2019. Congress leader Digvijaya Singh wrote on Twitter, it's a shame for us that we could not save the martyrs even after the information about the suicide attack was reported. It is also a shame for us that neither this whole incident was investigated nor anyone was punished. Clearly our government has been in default. I pay my regards to the martyrs.
