Congress protests against Madhya Pradesh's new policies over alcohol

Days after the MP cabinet approved the proposed excise policy for the financial year 2022-2023, Congress started protesting against Shivraj Singh Chouhan's ruling government for putting the lives of people of Madhya Pradesh in jeopardy. One of the protesters told ABP News that the oil, gas and Rashan price have increased significantly in the state and the price of alcohol has dropped. This will eventually increase the domestic violence in MP,  protesters said.
