'Channi is not poor': Navjot Kaur Sidhu's rebellious remark triggers row | Punjab Elections 2022

Days after Rahul Gandhi announced current CM Charanjeet Singh Channi as Congress CM candidate for the upcoming elections, Navjot Singh Sidhu's wife Navjot Kaur Sidhu made a  rebellious remark. She said that Charanjeet Singh Channi is not poor. She added, "he has more wealth than us". Sidhu's remark triggered a political uproar, AAP CM face Bhagwant Man said that Rahul Gandhi has called Chhani a poor man in his comparison.
