Burnt Chapatis, low quality milk being served at Etah quarantine centre

This is a ground report from Uttar Pradesh's Etah. In the video, a woman is seen crying as she had been unable to feed her children at the quarantine centre. The milk which is being given to the centre inmates is of very low quality
On the other hand, burnt chapatis are being given to the quarantined inmates. Take a look at poor condition of the centre
