Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got a big blow from the High Court on Friday (June 21). The High Court has put a stay on his release till further orders. On Thursday (June 20), the lower court had granted him bail in the Delhi Excise Policy case. After this, ED filed a petition in Delhi High Court today. During this time, the High Court put a stay on his release till the hearing. In such a situation, it is clear that Arvind Kejriwal will not be able to come out of jail at present. On Thursday, for the second consecutive day, hearing on the bail plea of CM Kejriwal was held in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court. The court heard the arguments of CM Kejriwal's lawyer and ED. The court had reserved its decision in this matter.
