Breaking News: Champai Soren Resigns from Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Announces Departure from Positions
On Wednesday (August 28), Champai Soren announced the end of his political journey with the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) by resigning from all party positions. Following this, he also stepped down from his roles as a legislator and minister. Soren made this announcement after arriving in Ranchi from Delhi, stating that he would resign on the same day. He is set to join the BJP on August 30, and it is possible that his son, Babloo Soren, will also join the BJP. In his resignation letter addressed to Shibu Soren, Champai Soren expressed his dissatisfaction with the current working style and policies of JMM. He wrote, "I am compelled to leave the party due to my discontent with the current practices and policies of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. It is with great sadness that I must say that the party, which we envisioned under your leadership and for which we toiled in the forests, mountains, and villages, has strayed from its original direction."
