Bollywood Rock-singer Bappi Lahiri passes away in Mumbai Hospital at 69
Bappi Lahiri, a music composer and vocalist who popularised disco music in India in the 1980s and 1990s, died today in Mumbai's CritiCare Hospital. He was 69. Lahiri had been in the hospital for a month before being discharged on Monday. On Tuesday, after his health deteriorated, he was admitted to the hospital again.
