Bihar SHO death case: West Bengal police officials did not reach in time for joint operation

SHO of Bihar's Kishanganj Town, Ashwini Kumar, was cornered and killed by a motorbike stealing gang. The SHO had gone to arrest the gang members but before he could do so, a verbal spat erupted. Soon it turned into a physical one in which SHO was killed. Now, it has come to light that the operation was supposed to be a joint one but the West Bengal police did not reach the spot in time.
