Bihar: Police arrives with a band to warn criminals' family

In Bihar's Bhagalpur, police has found a unique and bizarre way to warn the families of absconding criminals. The cops arrived to meet the family of absconding criminals with a band. The band was playing tunes of patriotic and natinalist songs. The cops warned the relatives of the absconding criminals that either convince them to surrender or their properties will be impounded.
