Bihar: Locals of Muzaffarpur face flood amid corona crisis

The residents of Bihar's Muzaffarpur are facing floods amid the corona crisis. They are angry over the fact that the administration is not doing its duty at this point in time. 

The locals are scared about the spread of the novel coronavirus. The children are not having masks to cover their faces as a COVID-19 precaution. 

However, the administration and the government claim that every required step is being taken to combat COVID-19 and flood situation.
