Bihar govt can recommend CBI probe based on FIR in state: Retd Patna HC Judge

Retired Judge of Patna High Court, VN Sinha in an exclusive conversation with ABP News said that If there is an FIR in Bihar then the state government has the right to Recommend for CBI investigation. The Center can also accept it. There is nothing technically wrong with this.

If the validity of the whole process is challenged in the Supreme Court, the court can see it. The court can see whether the FIR lodged in Patna was correct or not.
