Bihar ADG's bizarre letter, warns of increase in crime due to returning migrants
In a bizarre letter issued by Bihar ADG (Law & Order), the state police have been warned that crime might rise in the state due to returning migrant labourers. The letter, signed by ADG Amit Kumar states that the migrant may indulge in crime as they may not be able to get a profession of their own liking.
The letter predictably sparked a huge outrage across the society with Opposition targetting Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The letter has now been withdrawn.
