Big relief for Uttarakhand CM as SC stays High Court's order for CBI investigation
It what comes as a big relief for Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, the Supreme Court has stayed the High Court order for a CBI inquiry against Rawat on corruption charges.
Earlier The High Court had handed over the investigation of corruption charges against him to the CBI. The court had ordered an FIR to be filed asking the CBI to investigate allegations of corruption.
