Bibhav Kumar to be Present in NCW Today, FIR Filed After Swati Maliwal's Reaction | ABP news

Bibhav Kumar's hearing is scheduled for Friday at 11 am. On Tuesday, senior Aam Aadmi Leader (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh said that the incident with Maliwal was highly condemnable. The complaint comes hours after senior Delhi Police officials visited the residence of Swati Maliwal. She was allegedly assaulted by Bibhav Kumar, former PS of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Following Swati Maliwal's complaint, an FIR has been registered against Bibhav Kumar in the misbehavior case. Delhi Police had recorded his statement today. Now a case has been registered against Bibhav Kumar. A case has been registered against Bibhav Kumar under sections 354, 506, 509 of IPC.
