Balliya: Dhirendra Singh opened fire on crowd of 500 people

Dhirendra Singh alias W opened fire on a crowd of 500 people in Ballia but has not yet been arrested. The accused Dhirendra is close to BJP MLA Surendra Singh.

A dispute started between the two sides and a person was shot dead in the open firing. Two groups of people were involved in it. One was supported by Dhirendra Singh alias W Singh.
