An attempt made to cover the financial condition of the Railways: Sunil Kumar

The CAG has said in its latest report that the Indian Railways has exaggerated last year's Operating Ratio. Sunil Kumar, former advisor of the Indian Railway Board spoke to ABP News on the dispute and the financial condition of the Railways.
