Allahabad HC reverses order of single bench in 69000 teachers recruitment case

The Uttar Pradesh government is relieved once again in the recruitment case of 69,000 teachers in the state. The High Court has lifted the ban on recruitment, cancelling the decision of the Single Bench. The High Court, while giving orders on three special appeals of the government, said on Friday that apart from the ban on 37000 posts, the government can move forward the recruitment process for the remaining posts.
