All pleas in Hathras case to be send to HC: CJI
The victim's family has demanded transfer of the case to the Delhi High Court. In half and hour hearing the family also demanded that Supreme Court should supervise the hearing as well. Chief Justice of India had said that all pleas in the Hathras case should be tranferred to Delhi High Court. Hearing has ended and the verdict is awaited.
