ABP Exclusive: Secret of Vikas Dubey's file & criminal records

Gangster Vikas Dubey, who is the main accused of the Kanpur encounter case in which eight policemen lost their lives, has still not been nabbed. 

A file has been recovered from Vikas Dubey's house which had several newspaper cuttings that report the crimes he has committed all these years. It can act as a file of his criminal records.
