Huge jolt to Chirag Paswan: LS Speaker Om Birla recognises Pashupati Paras as LJP leader

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Monday late evening recognized MP Pashupati Paras as the leader of the LJP's parliamentary party amid the political turmoil in the LJP. Now Pashupati Paras has officially become the leader of  LJP. Under the leadership of Pashupati Paras, younger brother of late leader Ram Vilas Paswan, five out of six LJP MPs have rebelled against the party.
