Himachal Pradesh: Dharamshala receives heavy snowfall

Cold wave conditions intensified in the higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh as incessant snowfall hit the region. More accumulation of snow has thrown life out of gear in the state. A thick layer of white has blanketed the streets, putting a halt to commutation for the people residing there.  Heavy snowfall has reduced the temperature to four degree Celsius in Dharamshala thereby disrupting lives.
