Even Maharashtra Governor was responsible for midnight govt formation: Manoj Jha

Manoj Jha of RJD while talking to ABP news said that the objections raised by Maharashtra Governor over following the protocol while taking oath as CM are correct.

Jha raised the concern over Governor's involvement in Fadnavis forming a government in the midnight. As per Manoj Jha, even Governor of Maharashtra was responsible for midnight govt formation, so he should not talk about following the rules as per constitution.
