In Uttarakhand, Pushkar Singh Dhami, creating history, took oath as the Chief Minister for the second time on Wednesday. Along with him 8 leaders took oath as cabinet ministers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, UP CM Yogi Adityanath and chief ministers of several BJP-ruled states attended the swearing-in ceremony at the Parade Ground in Dehradun. The ministers who took oath along with Pushkar Singh Dhami include Ganesh Joshi, Rekha Arya, Subodh Uniyal, Premchand Agarwal, Saurabh Bahuguna, Satpal Maharaj, Dhan Singh Rawat and Chandan Ramdas.
