Culprits need to be brought out in public and punished: Jaya Bachchan on Hyderabad rape case

Rajya Sabha MP Jaya Bachchan oday spoke in the house on recent Hyderabad gang rape case.
Jaya said, "I think it is time the people now want the government to give a proper and a definite answer."
She demanded that culprits of rape cases should be brought out in public and lynched.
