Chhapra: Clash erupts b/w Police & sand mafia; truck conductor dies in firing

A violent clash between the police and the sand mafia broke out in Chhapra, Bihar. The police arrived to conduct raids during which a clash erupted between the police and the mafia in which truck conductor lost his life, they even pelted stones at the police. The locals however allege that the police arrived to extort money from the mafia.
