Bulandshahr: Men accused of stealing potatoes beaten up in Panchayat

Pictures of beating in Panchayat from Bulandshahr in UP have surfaced. Where two people were beaten up in a full panchayat. The case is dated January 10 and the video is of Baroda village in Bulandshahr, UP. Two people named Meenu and Rakesh were presented before Panchayat for alleged theft. But when both denied the charges, the village head beat them.
