Agitating Farmers make an entry into West Bengal politics with Mahapanchayats
Farmers protesting against the new agricultural laws in Delhi have now reached West Bengal. On Saturday, farmers organized mahapanchayats in Kolkata and Nandigram on the call of United Kisan Morcha. The agitating farmers here urged the people of West Bengal to not vote for the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections. The next target would be to sell crops at Parliament, added Tikait.
