11th round of talks b/w the Govt & Agitating farmers begin in Vigyan Bhawan

The 11th round of talks between the government and the agitating farmers have begun in Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi. Talks held so far have turned out to be inconclusive as the farmers are still adamant on their demands that the government should withdraw the farm laws.
