Motor Vehicle Act Not Implemented In Gujarat
Rajasthan Transport Minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas on Sunday said the state government is considering to provide practical relief to violators of the amended Motor Vehicles Act from hefty penalty charges. On the other hand, Chief Minister of Gujarat said that first RTO would be consulted and only then the new Motor Vehicle act will be implemented in the state. After Rajasthan, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat has become the fourth state which did not implement the new MV act
