Moradabad DM locks up journalists in emergency ward

Allegedly, Moradabad DM locked up journalist in emergency ward when Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had come to take stock of the hospital.
DM himself locked the journalists up and asked one of the officers, Shakti Singh, to guard the door.
Local journalist, Raju, reveals that they were doing their job when DM locked them up during CM's visit. They were released after UP CM left.
