Master Stroke: After four years of Startup India project, find out if it is giving the desired results

PM Narendra Modi's ambitious Startup India Project has completed its 4 years. 
But the parliamentry committeees recent report reveals that till 6 February, 2018 DIPP selected a total of 6981 new startups. 
Out of them only 99 new startups were given funds.
