Dengue Cases Surge In Lucknow: 31 New Cases Reported In 24 Hours, Total Reaches 460 This Year | Health Live

In the past 24 hours, Lucknow has reported 31 new dengue cases, bringing the total number of patients to 70 over the weekend. On Saturday, the city recorded 39 dengue cases alone. According to data shared by the Chief Medical Officer's office on Sunday, there have been 460 dengue cases reported in Lucknow since January this year. The rising number of cases has raised concerns among health officials, prompting them to increase monitoring and implement preventive measures to combat the spread of the disease. Authorities are urging residents to take precautions, such as eliminating stagnant water and using mosquito repellents, to reduce the risk of infection as the monsoon season continues to affect the region. The situation highlights the need for community awareness and collective efforts to control mosquito breeding.
