Haryana CM Khattar claims opposition parties including Congress have already lost the election

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar after casting his vote said, " Voting is underway peacefully across the state. Opposition parties including Congress have already lost and have left the battleground, their tall claims have no value."
Khattar arrived at the polling booth in karna on a cycle. With this he sent the message of saving the enviornment and creating less pollution.
