Ghanti Bajao: Will Masood Azhar be designated as Global Terrorist?

United Nations Security Council will decide on March 13 if Masood Azhar be designated as global terrorist or not. In this, United States of America, United Kingdom and France are supporting India and have moved the proposal to designate the Jaish-e-Mohammed chief as global terrorist but China is still cryptic. 
What will happen on March 13? Will India get what is long due? We will have to wait and watch
