Opposition raises ques on Rajinikanth receiving award
Tamil superstar Rajinikanth will receive the film's highest honor Dadasaheb Phalke Award. PM Narendra Modi also congratulated him for the same. When the decision was questioned, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said, ''It has nothing to do with Tamil Nadu elections''. The actor made his acting debut with filmmaker K. Balachander's "Apoorva Raagangal" in 1975.
