Death penalty was also given to Nirbhaya accused but it didn't stop rapes: Richa Chadda

In an exclusive interview with Bollywood actressses Aditi Rao Hydari and Richa Chadda, both known to be strongly opinated girls have spoken about the govt bringing ordinance to amend POCSO act. Aditi said, it should have come a long ago and they are pretending as if we need to say thank you to them. 

While Richa confessed about witnessing no change in country and rapes are continuous even when the laws were amended.
