Depression, the reason behind not transferring don Mukhtar Ansari? | Master Stroke

The notorious don Mukhtar Ansari is behind bars in Punjab for two years. The Uttar Pradesh government wants his transfer to the state in order to investigate him further. But the Punjab administration has denied doing so quoting the man's depression. Take a look at the complete report.
